This week we are reclaiming our assertiveness, bringing it into our body, being and daily lives, with the Yissachar Movements directly below. Before doing the Yissachar movement, there is a Preparation. Once You have completed the movements, continue to the Limmud of the class and the Yissachar/Iyar music.
