Each Tribe represents another inner dimension, that you reclaim on your journey to wholeness. This week we are reclaiming our assertiveness, bringing it into our body, being and daily lives, with the Yehuda Movements directly below. Before doing the Yehuda movement, there is a Feminine Movement Preparation. Once You have completed the movements, continue to the Limmud of the class and the Yehuda/Nisan music.
