TISHREI: HEALING YOUR RELATIONSHIPS

As part of 12 Months of Healing with the Hebrew Calendar, the opportunity in TISHREI is to tap in to your intrinsic dignity as you elevate your relationships with others. In our hands on TISHREI workshops you learn how to minimize friction and experience harmonious relationships. Classes are starting Wednesday September 28th for 4 consecutive sessions of 1.5 each.

4 Mind Body Classes

Each class includes learning as well as a complete mind body experience. Starting Sunday September 5th we’ll be healing in sync with the Hebrew Calendar. Besides for the experience in class you’ll recieve a guided meditation to use whenever you need & undergo a personal process with a partner during the practice sessions.

QuickShift Meditation

You’ll be receiving a Guided Meditation audio for each month. The meditation supports you whenever a challenge arises with a handy little process that makes a big difference in real time. You can listen to the meditation anytime you need and reap the immediate benefits of listening inwards!!!

Practice Worksheets

You will receive a written practice sheet of our powerful Tishrei Process so you can practice with co students, friends and family!
