Welcome to the month of CHESHVAN!

CHESHVAN is the fourth module in a series of 12 Months of Healing with the Hebrew Calendar. CHESHVAN classes are starting Tuesday October 6th for 4 consecutive sessions of 1.5 hours each and include a bonus practice session.

  • Classes will be held October 5, 12, 19, 26

  • From 6-8 pm Israel time (IST) which is 11:00 am-1:00 pm New York (EST).

Partnered practice sessions for CHESHVAN on RESOLVING CONFLICTS & TURNING FAILURE INTO SUCCESS is being held:

  • 6-7:30 pm Israel time (IST) which is 11:00 am-12:30 pm New York (EST).

4 Mind Body Classes

Each class includes learning as well as a complete mind body experience. Starting Sunday September 5th we’ll be healing in sync with the Hebrew Calendar. Besides for the experience in class you’ll recieve a guided meditation to use whenever you need & undergo a personal process with a partner during the practice sessions.

QuickShift Meditation

You’ll be receiving a Guided Meditation audio for each month. The meditation supports you whenever a challenge arises with a handy little process that makes a big difference in real time. You can listen to the meditation anytime you need and reap the immediate benefits of listening inwards!!!

Practice Sessions

We will be having a Practice Session for TISHREI:

  • OCTOBER 28 @ 6-7:30 pm Israel time (IST) which is 11:00 am-12:30 pm New York (EST).

    Supported by 12 Tribes staff, you’ll experience a personal process as well as facilitate a partner. This way you both experience the processes yourself & gain experience in facilitation.
